However, if an issue arises due to a fault on our end or a discrepancy that violates consumer protection laws, we may review the matter on a case-by-case basis.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
While we take every precaution to ensure accurate order fulfillment, in rare cases, an item may arrive damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

- Please ship the item(s) back to Us. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping the returned item(s) so make sure you use a reliable shipping company. Contact us to address to Ship the item you wish to return to.
- Our team will assess the claim and determine the best course of action.
- If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not provided.

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to provide evidence of our policy and transaction details. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases.
