Monthly Top Shopper Reward

At Daily Improvise, we love to celebrate our most loyal and enthusiastic customers. To show our appreciation, we are launching an exclusive Monthly Top Shopper Reward Program, where one exceptional customer will receive a personalized discount coupon. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how the program works.

1. Eligibility

This program is open to all registered customers of https://dailyimprovise.com who have placed at least one order during the relevant calendar month.

2. How We Determine the Winner

At the end of every calendar month:

  • We calculate the total value of all orders placed by each customer within that month.
  • The customer with the highest total monetary value of orders will be selected as the Monthly Top Shopper.

3. Tie-Breaker Criteria

In the event of a tie (i.e., multiple customers have the same highest order value for the month), the winner will be decided based on the following criteria in order:

  1. The customer who purchased the most number of products during the month.
  2. The customer who has the highest overall order value across all months since their first purchase.
  3. The customer who has purchased the most number of products overall across all months.
  4. The customer who created their account first (based on account registration date).

4. Reward Details

  • The winner will be notified via email within the first week of the following month.
  • The customer will be asked to suggest a custom coupon code (up to 8 characters) for their exclusive use.
  • Daily Improvise will generate and activate the coupon code offering ₹100 off.
  • This unique coupon will be publicly announced on our official Instagram page: @dailyimprovise.
  • The coupon will be valid for 2 days only from the date of publication.

5. General Conditions

  • Only one customer will be selected each month.
  • If a customer fails to respond to the email within 48 hours, the reward offer may be withdrawn or passed on to the next eligible customer.
  • The coupon code is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
  • Daily Improvise reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any point in time without prior notice.
  • Fraudulent activities, including manipulation of orders or accounts, may lead to disqualification.
